When will tickets go on sale?
Customers must register for the chance to purchase tickets for this concert. Registration opens on Friday, September 7, 2007 and closes on Monday September 10, 2007 at noon EST.
Customers can only register once per person and per billing address. Duplicate registrations will be removed. If you try to register more than once, you also run the risk of your original registration being removed.
Successful applicants will be notified by email starting on Monday, September 10. This email will contain your unique password and a link to access the purchase page where you will be asked to enter your password. Do not give out your password as it will only be accepted once. Please note: ticket purchases are limited to two tickets per person.
How much are the tickets?
The ticket price is $39.50 (CAD) plus applicable service charges. Upon purchasing tickets, your name will be put on the "will-call" list, to pick up tickets the night of the show at the venue. All tickets will be held at the venue box office. There will be no physical tickets mailed out, or available for pick-up, prior to the show.
How many tickets can I buy?
Ticket purchases are limited to two tickets per person.
What if I decide I don't actually want to buy the tickets?
On receipt of the e-mail, purchases must be made by September 13 at 9pm. Winning a password gives you the option to buy, it does not force you to make the purchase.
When will I get my tickets?
Upon purchasing tickets your name will be put on the "will-call" list, to be picked up as you enter the show. All tickets will be held at the venue box office. There will be no physical tickets mailed out, or available for pick-up, prior to 7pm the night of the show. You must present photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets in order to enter the show, and the name on the ID must match the name on the order form for the tickets.
Is there an age limit? Are there reserved seats?
This show is open to fans of all ages. The Phoenix is a concert hall - there are no seats at the venue. This is a general admission, standing room show. Bring your dancing shoes!
How do I get to The Phoenix?
The Phoenix is located at 410 Sherbourne Street in downtown Toronto, north of Carlton and south of Wellesley. Sherbourne is east of Yonge St. and west of the Don Valley Parkway. Please consult your favorite on-line map program for more detailed directions.
What time will I need to get to the venue, when will the show start and finish?
Doors open for this concert at 7pm. We recommend arriving early, but not TOO early. There will be an opening act on stage prior to James Blunt.
